Rosé is soms een zomerwijntje. Rosé kan ook heel vol en stevig smaken. Hoe is deze rosé?
Een speciale serie van Domaine Preignes le Vieux en ze noemen deze serie ‘Reserve du Domaine’. Verkrijgbaar in de kleuren rood, wit en rosé. Dit keer de rosé op de proeftafel en de wijn komt van de Mitra en is te koop voor € 5,99.
Bij Preignes le Vieux maken ze wijnen die vallen onder het label ‘Qualité Environnement Vigneron Indépendant. Hieronder staat wat het inhoud:
Since 2003, the wine estate promises to respect a quality program gathered around a referencial called QUALENVI = QUALité ENVironnement Vigneron Indépendant ( Environment Quality for Independant Winemaker). This referencial was created by the federation of independent cellars.
It is composed of 3 parts:

Kleur: heldere en fonkelende lichte rosé kleur met een blauwe zweem
Neus: veel en ongecompliceerd rood fruit als framboos en aardbei, tikje mineraal op de achtergrond. De neus is medium diep en -vol
Smaak: droog (zonder restzoet) veel glycerine met kers en framboos. Ook hier ongecompliceerd. De wijn komt vrij licht over als het alcohol betreft (12,5%). Sappig en rond en een best volle smaak met een goede afdronk
Conclusie: lekker droog en ongecompliceerd fruit, maar toch met wat mineraal. Een medium diepe wijn en van het alcohol heb je zeker geen last, dus een hoge doordrinkfactor. Schenk nog maar in, zou ik zeggen
