Cerys Elizabeth Matthews (/ kɛrɪs /; geboren 11 april 1969) is een Welshe zangeres en songwriter.
Ze staat bekend als de zangeres van de Welsh rock band Catatonia, haar meer recente tweetalig solo-carrière, en voor een in 1998 opgenomen Kerstduet met Tom Jones.
